Personal Insights is where all Discovery exercises and the results are found to detail your strengths, and preferences.  In Personal Insights you can commence or repeat a Discovery exercise in one or more Lenses to which you’re subscribed.  In this area of the app you will also find detailed Profile reports that explain and expand upon the preferences for your profile.
