Building a profile on Matrix Insights typically begins with a Discovery exercise in one of our lenses. Discovery exercises are interactive learning experiences the quickly help you connect with your personal strengths and preferences, and help Matrix Insights software to tailor and refine Insights content for your personalized developmental journey.

To start Discovery, look for a Getting Started Step on the Home page of your Leadership Dashboard. Alternately, proceed to Personal Insights, and choose the Lens for which you’d like to take or repeat Discovery.
