Relationship Insights is where you will grow and develop stronger individual relationships with team mates who are also subscribed to the Lenses you are subscribed to. Use this area of the app to improve communication, understand others, and become a more effective team mate.

Select a team mate, and then click the View button on any given shared Lens to compare your profiles, and receive tailored Insights into communicating, collaborating and working more effectively.

You can also choose to compare to a Profile in circumstances where you’d like to explore relationships outside your own Team subscriptions in the app.
