Find the Resources library associated with your current field of study.  Pictured below is the path to finding your Interaction Styles Resources. Go to Personal Insights, and for the Lens in question, check the left navigation panel for Resources.

Browse the available resources, and pick one that seems helpful.

Download the PDF or watch the video, and make a note about what you learned.  You might even add the ‘What I Learned” note to your Action Plan.  You might also post the printed material in your office space, or a common area to share with your team.

Share what Resource you chose with an Accountability Partner, or colleague.  Tell them why you chose it, and how it helped you.
