If you have previously redeemed an access key, and created a profile (which you create to access your subscription, essentially a password that pairs with your email address) attempting to redeem the key a second time results in a message like this.
Once you have a profile (login), what you want at that point is not the temporary (first-timer) key, but the (permanent) login. Point your web browser to this web page. If you prefer, click the Sign In button on our home page.
Then login with your email, and the password you chose previously.
New Keys for Existing Accounts
If you already have an account, and received a new (additional) key, adding another subscription to your profile, just pair the new key with your existing email, and password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it with the button labeled, ‘Forgot Password.”
